A NEW CREATIVE COMPETITION FOR GUERNSEY BROUGHT TO YOU BY LIVINGROOM ESTATE AGENTS
All successful bidders will be notified on 24th September and requested to deposit funds into the YPG bank account by close of play 27th September in order to collect their purchased artwork. A panel of judges will make the final decisions on the winners and the three winning artists will then be presented with their prizes on Friday September 28th 2012.

Young People Guernsey (YPG) is a Guernsey charity that identifies and responds to the needs of young people in the Bailiwick. YPG’s first project is a partnership with Barnardo’s, the UK’s largest children’s charity, commissioning them to provide an information, advice and guidance centre in St. Peter Port for young people aged 11-16 years.
YPG’s objective is that all young people should be able to find confidential support and advice from the very best professionals. The partnership with Barnardo’s and the creation of a Guernsey centre is an important and significant development for young people in Guernsey.
“Guernsey is a magical place to live, bursting with world class creative talent. Livingroom is always looking at exciting ways to promote the arts in Guernsey and we’re delighted to launch this competition which celebrates the extraordinary and varied abilities of creative islanders and also gives them an opportunity to donate their talents to raise funds for Young People Guernsey facebook.com/Youngpeopleguernsey.”
