Livingroom was the successful agent to recently agree deals of these particular homes, some of which were listed with multiple agents. We believe this clearly shows our strength in the Guernsey property market and that since our launch in January 2006, we can offer our clients a dedicated and considered approach to selling and renting homes in Guernsey.

Varied responsibilities include designing and managing our advertising for both print and web, photographic assistance and creation of property floor-plans. The successful candidate should have a gifted eye for aesthetics and have comprehensive knowledge of CS4 and in particular Indesign and Photoshop.

Working within Guernsey's most dynamic estate agency, the candidate must have excellent communication skills with our customers, ability to work within a team and show initiative under pressure.
 


The entry deadline has now passed and bidding is well underway for artwork submitted as part of the Living Art 2012 competition.All funds raised through the online auction will go to YPG (Young People Guernsey) with more than £3,000 raised for the charity just hours from launching.
