New technology has always been a focus for us but certainly not to

amazing features we have developed are there to enhance our client
experience and have they gone down well with clients and potential
clients!
We decided it was high time to invest in developing a bespoke,
state-of-the-art website. It hosts a range of new features for
vendors and purchasers which set Livingroom apart from its
competitors - something we have always strived to achieve.
Staying true to our ethos of employing local experts, Livingroom
has worked with Blix to build the new
website which will allow vendors to track the progress of their
sale from instruction to completion with unique log ins and
personal Livingroom web pages - a facility which has never been
available in Guernsey. From the moment of registration with Livingroom you can
see you are getting something special.
