The office has an air of anticipation after we found out we've been shortlisted for the Bill Green Award.

The YBG Summer Ball takes place on Friday 15 June and it's a black and silver theme: queue lots of wardrobe discussions in the office.

I guess if we win then the facial expressions will be spontaneous but how about if we don't? So, this week, I will be mostly working on my "it's just fantastic to be nominated" face. The Oscars nominees have this down cold but they are actors. My face will take a bit of practice I think. I will of course on the night be happy for whoever wins.

Wouldn't it be just great if it was us though?
