Richard joined Livingroom Estate Agents in 2008 from a career in recruitment. Richard has superbly implemented his knowledge of customer relations into property and continues to bring a calm and effective approach to our sales team. Born and educated locally, Richard has also spent many years living and working both in the UK and Australia.

Outside of work Richard enjoys the gym, meditation, cooking, travelling and balancing wine with a vigorous health routine!

Richard’s favourite holiday destinations are Ibiza and India.
