RICHARD HARDIE, Livingroom Estate Agents

Richard Hardie joins Livingroom Estate Agents in 2008 from London with an extensive background in high net worth property dealings. Previously a manager of Harrods Estates on Park Lane and Garrington Home Finders (Phil Spencer's company of Location Location Location fame), Richard adds another new dimension to Livingroom.

Livingroom are delighted to introduce their new sister company, Livingroom Bespoke to which Richard is the manager. In addition to Open Market, Richard also offers International Property Search services. Having previously worked at the top of his game on both high net worth property sales and search services, Richard is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable asset to our ever evolving brand. 

Outside of work Richard enjoys the gym, cycling, cooking, gardening, walking, travelling and films.

Richard’s favourite holiday destinations are Malaysia, New York, Singapore and returning home to South Africa.
