SIMON TORODE, Livingroom Estate Agents

Simon is a founding partner of Livingroom Estate Agents and Livinglife magazine. Born and educated in Guernsey, Simon left the island to study graphic design and photography at the Winchester School or Art and Design and The University of West of England, Bristol. From here Simon moved to London to work as an advertising creative, specializing in brand design and positioning. After a few years gaining experience from the best in their field, Simon took some time to circum navigate the world and return to Guernsey with a wealth of new ideas and innovations. After working for a local agency for a number of years, he left to start up Livingroom with fellow director, Elke Schimek. This was now chance for Simon to merge his two main passions in life, property and design.

With an extensive knowledge of property, photography and creative brand design, Simon is instrumental in Livingroom's brand positioning and development.

When not working, Simon enjoys playing the piano, the gym, cars, films, boating, squash, cooking, photography, gardening and travelling.

Simon’s favourite holiday destinations are Australia, The Far East, Spain and South Africa.
