We were the first estate agency in Guernsey to use digital marketing as a sales tool and still use it today to send information with immediate uptake; cutting out lengthy lead times and print timescales.

Estate agents’ websites can be plagued with bugs and aren’t user-friendly. We recognised this from inception and set out to have a website built for the user.

The previous incarnation of our ground-breaking website won the International Umbraco award for Best Web Design at the annual Codegarden conference in Copenhagen in 2012 and, in 2017, was named the best real estate agency website in the British Isles at the end of its working life at the International Property Awards; an enormous achievement and testament to the level of research and emphasis on user experience that we viewed as crucial from the outset and underpinned the design of our new site.

Here on our website, you’ll find innovative applications that make the process of searching for, buying, selling and letting a property easier. MyLivingroom enables buyers and tenants to receive instant information on new and suitable instructions and Transparent vendor management (TVM™) uses state-of-the-art technology to deliver a personalised platform where vendors can log in to a secure area and view a complete timeline of their sale or rental, file notes, arrangements and notated honest feedback from every viewing. The implementation of Google Analytic statistics allows the vendor to track the behaviour of viewers in a private and secure area – visits, time spent viewing and graphs will identify all available information to help understand the process.

All of this technology is designed to counter one of the areas where historically estate agents have let themselves down: a lack of communication. We understand that a client should take priority and know that their sale or rental is important to us. These tools increase transparency and keep the client in-the-know.

We work hard to ensure online traffic is directed to our website and individual properties through both printed and online marketing. All of our properties receive valuable exposure from international online portals such as market leaders Prime Location, Zoopla and On The Market and in turn MSN, Homes24.co.uk, The Times, The Sunday Times, Telegraph, Johnston Press, Daily Mail and The Good Schools Guide to name just a few.
