Creativity has been at the heart of Livingroom since it was founded by Simon Torode in 2006.

Simon’s professional background as an advertising creative in London was integrated with a passion for property to found an estate agency to revolutionise a traditional and staid business sector. Livingroom brought unique design and cutting-edge brand positioning and development to the sector and now apply these to our marketing and PR as well as listing properties for sale and rent.

We employ four professional creatives across the Channel Islands – a number unmatched by any other agency – so we can fulfil our promise to always present your property in the best possible light. Our creative team are more than estate agents with cameras; they are specially trained professionals with an eye for design and the best professional equipment. In 2017 we were recognised by the International Property Awards for our website, marketing and single office achievements. In the marketing category we were awarded the world’s best real estate marketing accolade at the international edition of the awards. We represented the whole of the UK against 48 competing countries at the International Property Awards and to win the international award for marketing was a huge surprise and enormous honour.
