From Monday 8 March 2021, some further business activities will be able to operate subject to strict guidelines.
The details of permissible business activities for estate agents are listed below:
Limited activities to enable listing, viewing, survey and sale of property can be conducted under certain strict conditions which prevent contact with householders and only with the householder’s agreement.
The further easing of restrictions now means that more than one person is now allowed to view a property (for example, a couple) provided they are part of the same Stage 2 bubble group.
All persons must adhere to the current mandatory requirements and recommendations for wearing of face coverings at all times;
If the property is inhabited, NO member of the household is present in the house during any necessary visit.
WHAT IS A STAGE 2 BUBBLE?
Bubbles have been extended which means that a ‘bubble’ made up of 2 households will also be able to bubble up with another ‘bubble’ which is also made up of 2 households. What this means is that a total of 4 households can mix and this will become an exclusive bubble for Stage 2.
